A: We send all online orders through the U.S. Postal Service or Fedex.

 

Q: Are these available in stores?

A: Yes, we are in many stores which are listed on our website and we distribute to a number of countries around the world, although our store locator may not reflect those locations. View our store locator here. If you would like to see them at a store near you, please ask your local store manager to carry them. Tell us about it and we will follow up with them too.

 

Q: Do the Reflo inserts fit in any cup?

A: No, they are designed specifically to fit and work with the cup that they come with. It is unlikely that they would work properly in any other cup.
