Q: How soon will you ship my order? A: Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days.

Q: What are your Reflo cups and inserts made of? A: Our patented Reflo, flow-control inserts are made of polypropylene. This is the same plastic used in food storage containers, for instance. It is very durable, translucent and safe. Our reflo cups bodies are now made of a copolymer acrylic by the brand name of Zylar 631. This is an extremely durable, virtually unbreakable, safe plastic. Our products are tested by an independent, accredited labratory to ensure they meet all of the safety standards of various government agencies in the US and abroad for use in children's products. As much emphasis as we put on safety, we still insist that you wash your new cup and insert before first use.

Q: Are these available in stores? A: Yes, we are in many stores which are listed on our website and we distribute to a number of countries around the world, although our store locator may not reflect non-US locations. View our store locator here. If you would like to see them at a store near you, please ask your local store manager to carry them. Tell us about it and we will follow up with them too.

Q: Do the Reflo inserts fit in any cup? A: No, our Reflo, flow-control inserts are designed specifically to fit and work with the cup that they come with. It is unlikely that they would work properly in any other cup. There is actually a specific taper to them which allows them to fit and function properly in Reflo's cups.
